It was because when Crunchy Chip Cookie use his skill he summoned two wolves that will fight together with him and his tamed wolf (the one that his riding). Each wolve has 100% of the crit percentage and using a full set of Juicy Apple toppings will increase their critical percentage, even more, which can deal more damage to their enemies.
